Architectural Digest: This Los Angeles Home is the Most Expensive in the Country

The $250 million mansion even comes with 12 high-end cars.

Los Angeles is known for its impressive homes that house celebrities and the world’s most powerful names. But there’s a new mansion on the market that’s putting everything else to shame. Architectural Digest notes that there are only around 3,000 people in the world who could afford it.

Developer Bruce Makowsky has listed a home for $250 million. The mansion—which is actually like a resort—comes with amenities that five-star hotels offer. It’s 38,000 square feet plus 17,000 square feet of outdoor terraces. The property boasts 12 bedrooms, 21 baths, a bowling alley and a home theater that includes 40 reclining seats and a four-carat gold projector. There’s also a spa and 100 art installations throughout the property.

Beyond the lavish interior, this mansion also comes with 12 high-end cars in the garage. Those vehicles are worth a total of $30 million.
