Country Living: Kelly Clarkson Breaks Away from Tennessee Mansion

The singer has listed her 20,000-square-foot waterfront estate for $8,750,000.

Kelly Clarkson is breaking away from her home in Hendersonville, Tennessee. The 20,000-square-foot home, which is located on the waterfront and a four-acre lot, is officially on the market for $8,750,000.

Clarkson’s home boasts seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and three half baths in addition to a movie theater, kids room and “cowboy bar.” On the outside, the estate also includes a fountain, swimming pool, sand volleyball court and deep water dock.

“When you come in the front door, it’s elegant, it’s breathtaking,” listing agent Jack Miller told “but then when you come through the formal spaces, it transitions quickly and comfortably to a very livable but still very upscale space. All the rooms are large but not museumlike.”

The mansion was first purchased by Clarkson and her husband Brandon Blackstock back in 2013 for $2,860,000.
